Joint Stock Company “Sakhalin East” (hereinafter referred to as Company) and Limited Liability Company “Offshore Drilling” (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) desire to conclude the Contract for operations and maintenance by Contractor of a certain drilling rig in connection with Company’s oil and gas operations in Sakhalin Island.
