Sims' Position:

Lying on the Back
The person is lying straight with arms to the side and back to the mattress. A pillow is placed under the head. You may place a small pillow or towel under the lower back and under the hands. Lying on the Stomach
The person is lying on the stomach with flexed elbows with the hands up by the head that is turned to the side. Lying on the Side

Fowler's position
