Each customer requires a personalised Digipass unit (the DP300 - see pie) in order to use the Istrobanka's remote banking service. Operating in conjunction with 'OfficeLine', electronic banking software from A &•&• L. soft (a Vasco technology partner) Istrobanka customers will use the DP300 in conjunction with their mobile handset/telephones/PC dial-in modem or email, to conduct remote banking securely through the Internet via devices. The DP300 enables the bank's computer to generate the correct password and digital signature for the user's account.
